Welcome, my name is Chaja!
I embrace life through deep yoga practices, taking responsibility for my interactions and having a strong sensitive and energetic connection to nature and (human) beings.
I strongly believe that life teaches us lessons that we need to understand for our personal and collective development.
I might have dreams and ideas about what ‘living a full yogi life’ might look like, but as an ongoing yoga student I am more fascinated by being a seeker of the existence of life.
To me that means:
- Navigating whole new examples, experiences and belief systems of life and death while moving countries.
- Experiencing both joy and frustrations as a mother and a wife.
- Becoming this person without any layers, without any roles and to just be.
- Exploring and deepening the ancient practices of Hatha yoga that expands my vision and stimulates my curiosity for Kundalini yoga.
- Exploring our energetic capacities as a human within our interconnectedness with nature.
- Feeling at deeper levels who I am as a woman and my connection to my feminine cycle and female bloodline.
- Understanding life from different angles.
- Interacting with nature and trying to grasp her complexity through the elements, geometry and our potential as human beings while at the same time protecting her.
- Nourishing myself and people around me.
I have had a profound three year Hatha yoga teacher’s training in France, followed by a post-formation with regard to yoga philosophy, a better comprehension of our ecological interconnectedness, exploration of pranayama and meditation practices.
I remain so passionate to further explore and deepen this yoga path while being fully present in life! Will you join me?
Together I know we can live a more fulfilling life – one that’s connected naturally, culturally and holistically.
