Energetic Alignment Yoga

Living between cultures scatters more than your schedule. It pulls at attention, identity and energetic rhythms. In my 1:1 sessions, the body is the primary site of transformation: we steady your physical foundation while refining prana (life force) so your energy flows with clarity and intention. This creates a felt, practical ability to choose from your center instead of reacting to external pressure.

Rooted in the principle of kaya sthairyham — the steadiness and relaxation of the body — the practice supports physical grounding while allowing vital life energy (prana) to remain awake and available. Stability is not created through holding or force, but through inhabiting the body fully, beyond roles, identities and circumstances.

As the body becomes steady, another space for breathing develops. Energy that was previously dispersed through constant alertness, emotional effort or over-adapting is gathered and redirected — not into withdrawal, but into clarity, presence and purposeful action.
