The Intercultural Woman

“Women living in cross-cultural environments, seeking deeper connection to themselves, their energetic potential and their unique cultural & personal identity.”

What It Means to Be an Intercultural Woman: A Soul Journey of Reconnection & Vitality

As an intercultural woman, you are a bridge-walker. You move between worlds — between languages, customs, values and geographies. You carry pieces of many places and stories, and yet, sometimes it feels like you don’t quite belong anywhere.
You may feel expanded and disoriented at the same time—belonging everywhere, yet also nowhere.

You may often find yourself asking:

  • Who am I now, in this new space?
  • Who was I before?
  • What of my roots, my body and my rhythms still belong to me?

This journey isn’t just about geography. It’s about re-rooting emotionally and culturally, about rediscovering the parts of you that may feel distant and reconnecting with them in new, empowering ways.

The path you walk is one of reconnection and renewal, resilience and rediscovery, curiosity and adventure.

It’s about awakening the parts of you that may have been dormant or hidden — and finding new ways to align with them as you evolve. Through this process, yoga, breathwork and embodied practices offer you a way to reconnect to your body, your energy and your soul’s deepest potential.

This is a space for you to honor the journey you’ve already taken and the woman you are becoming. To re-anchor, to reignite your vitality and to rise with purpose as you continue to navigate and transform your world.

How does this feel for you?

  • Have you relocated or found yourself between cultures, and feel like parts of your identity have shifted or scattered?
  • Do you feel like you’re constantly adapting — yet quietly wondering who you are in all of it?
  • Do you sense changes in your body — in energy, rhythm or hormonal balance — and wonder how to stay grounded through it all?
  • Do you long to feel rooted again — not just in place, but in your energy, your breath, your womanhood?

“A dynamic journey of self-realization and energetic flow.”

You are a woman who:

…has moved between countries or cultures and is learning how to feel at home within herself, not just in a place.

…has gone through changes — in roles, identity or career — and is wondering how to stay connected to who you really are, beyond roles or expectations.

…is juggling the demands of adapting to a new life while noticing your body, energy and you aren’t what it used to be.

…is in her 30s and 40s and has noticed changes in her female health: your cycles, your energy, your nervous system — and feels the pull to support your body more intuitively, with care and understanding.

…is looking for practical, steady tools like yoga, breathwork and embodied practices that help you feel more rooted, energised and in tune with the woman who’s been there all along – vital, wise and whole.

Female health

Intercultural women who know their biology and who are in connection with their two natural rhythms can navigate a new country and culture while looking after themselves. While their health can get turned upside down for some time, this deeper insight, connection and wisdom can lay the roots for navigating challenges differently, possibly better.

While both men and women have a circadian rhythm, women have a second clock that hasn’t received full recognition for many years, but women can gain so many benefits from living with their infradian rhythm.

Important to acknowledge is that the circadian and infradian rhythm are tightly linked to health in all its ways.

Luckily there is now so much insight in the infradian rhythm and many women are sharing their knowledge, experiences and wisdom about it.
I however feel there is something that goes beyond the infradian rhythm.
